I called this service as my to get software tech support. In 5 minutes i realized that the 1.99 i was spending was worthless and i had more knowledge than the fellow i was speaking to. I then cordially
said thank you - this was not helpful and I wanted to seek better guidance. I then found i could call the company directly and it was a simple matter of updating a certificate, which was the current 1st step
solution to anyone who knew this software. I called back and had to go through the same naming of billing info again to request that the billing charges where removed. At that time i was told that this service was a contractor to the company that I was a customer of and that the fellow i just spoke to just didn't know the software well enough. I told him that the only reason i called back was to ask for the charges of the previous call to be reversed out as it was not a satisfactory exchange. He then gave me the number to call billing - which i did about 5 times through out the day and only received a pre recorded message that the "agents" where all busy and to leave a message. The next day i check my bank account and found i had been billed $40.00 for the 1st call which only covered 8 minutes which would have been no more than $18.00 dollars based on the recording and then additionally another $40.00 for ? I don't know what. The Next day i called several time and finally got a voice who positioned herself as a answering service and that the company representative would not be available for one week. When i question this the women hung up on me. Very tenaciously i called back - each time getting hung up on, until a man answered claiming he was an agent of the " Federal telephone commission" and was going to close my telephone number for harassing this company. I questioned the validity of his statement and he launched into a deranged series of announcements that there was no billing attached to me and then that the billing had been reversed out. When i questioned how would he know as no one had asked for any personal information, i was hung up upon again. Please avoid this service as it is clearly set up to over bill for inadequate advice.
