[11341] Direct TV - Took unauthorized money from debit card

When I cancelled my service, direct tv "mistakenly" deducted several hundred dollars from my debit causing insufficient fees. I've been trying for almost 2 months to get my money back. Every time I talk to them they change how long it takes to receive a credit. It only took them ONE day to take it!

  • I too had a similar problem. I cancelled Direct TV and they took from my credit cards movies that they said I purchased. I did not purchase any movies since I had Direct TV and there is nothing I can do. They are a complete rip off!
