Sent to a friend We purchased 5 lines of cell service for T-Mobile from Reliable Wireless, a kiosk in the Eastwood Mall. We spent 1 1/2 hours talking to 3 salesmen, James Lynch, Justin, William Lambert-regional manager. They looked up where we lived on a map and assured us we would have very good coverage. They also assured us there were no fees if we were not satisfied with in the first 14 days. When it was time to sign the contract it was after 9 PM and the main lights in the mall were turned off. The lighting was dim and I told the salemen I couldn't read the contract. He assured me it was a standard cell phone contract and there were no fees if I cancelled in 14 days. Upon taking the phones home, we found that we only had emergency service in our immediate area. We reported the problem that night as well as the next 2 days in a row. We were told by T-Mobile had very poor service in our area and Reliable Wireless said to bring the phones back to get a full credit. We returned the phones 1 week later, having been unable to use them. We were then told there was a 20% restocking fee and "the check is in the mail." There is no return policy posted at the kiosk and we had 3 salesmen tell us there were no fees, one who claimed to be a regional manager. The phones did not work from day one. We have also never received a check or any other type of refund. This company was not honest with us from the beginning. In my humble opinion, I can not recommend that any purchase from Reliable Wireless. I will note that this is my own personal experience. I hope that someone else reads this and does not make the same mistake I did.Posted 2 years ago
