Sent to a friend This company MIV VACATIONS located in 801 Brickell Bay Drive Miami,FL is running a MAJOR fraudulent operation. They also operate under several other names such as ALLSTAR VACATIONS SOLGAVAL INC and many more. The main participants are Jesus Soler,Jessica Marcano,Jose Romero,Maria Vega. They have been living a lavish lifestyle with stolen money they obtain through defrauding people using radio ads to lure them and con them. I did some backround research and they are currently under investigation by the FBI and the IRS. This Jesus Soler guy has more than 10 registered corporation names in the state of Florida he's in this big time!Posted 2 years ago

Before you make serious accusations like that call the Quality Control department of MIV Vacations and Im sure our proffesional staff they will help you with your complaint (which is???). I assure you that you havent lost anything, maybe some time writing that unfounded report, but we will be more than happy to hear your problem. FYI, your contract is recorded for your protection. So everything in that recording wilkl be honored.
Posted 2 years agoReport - This is the biggest fraud that exist. I have lost 458$ from this non-existing company, under the assumption that i have won a vacation package. The people who work for this company are very rude and ignorant and i feel that all those who have been scamed by them should take legal action, as i am ready to do so myself.

Obviosly the person reporting this type of problem regarding his vacations package is on a quest to destroy people reputations. He does not mention anything wrong about the company but rather instigates that the owners are thieves. In this case the person writing the report is obviously an ex employee who is bitter that he was terminated for exactly doing what he is writing about. MIV VACATIONS IS AN HONEST COMPANY GIVING THE OPORTUNITY TO FAMILYS TO TRAVEL AT A VERY VERY LOW COST. Do not believe the previousd reports. Just call and find out for yourself.

Fraud in this country is taking very seriously! So please becarefull how you use sucj big word for you your self centered vocabulary!
Some one had typed this MIv phone numbers in a previous post.
And if you really think this company its a fraud, make yourself happy and do something about it. Everyone in the legall system will gladly help you out, take your money and laugh in your face.

Posted 2 years agoReport - Yesterday they were using a calling card to contact protenial victiims. They would tell you that you had won a vacation package to Walt Disney World and all they needed to send you the package is your credit card information to pay the taxes on the prize package. These people are also praying on Spanish speaking citizens also. Please be extremally careful with your personal information. We did not pay this because I have won prizes in the past and they always tell you that the taxes are your responasibility to pay and only after you have recieved the prize. Good Luck.

im trying to redeem my package and ive been on the customer service line for 30 minutes!!! they charged me upfront for 279 and now when i called to make reservation they lost it all i think my money is lost due to these rude ass ignorant people. Y would i lie about a company i have never had anything to with. i live in cali and the company is in miami. dont believe them when they say that this company is good on their word because they are not!

Obviously you ARE stupid for 2 reasons: 1) because you agree to make a payment and 2) you do not listen to the terms and conditions when you PURCHASE the promotion. What scam!! Get a grip poeple; if you are ignorant enough to give your credit card without thinking you are paying something then you are just...sad!
Posted 1 year agoReport - I was a victim of this company when they were still under the name All Star Vacation and in the process of changing the company name to MIV. Please don't lose hope... I was able to get 100% of my money back. Please everyone, report Miami International Vacation to the Attorney General of the state of Florida. Don't be scared, the people there are very nice and listen to your complaint. You also need to contact your credit card company or bank and open a "FRAUD REPORT" investigation. True your call was recorded, but I can almost promise that every time you try to call the company, depending on who you speak with, if you are lucky, they all have a different story. Report all this to your bank/credit card company. They have excellent fraud teams that can figure out the truth and you can probably get your money back just like I did. Its never too late to try to get your hard earned money back from scammers like this. Then soon MIV will be changing their name to something else.

I purchased this package in august 2009 and im trying to use it but how can i when i can't even get a hold of personnel there. do i have to show up in person?

Posted 1 year agoReport - This company is nothing but a scam and frauglent. You pay taxes for $94.99 for two nights and get a $31.20 room. Explain this one. If you get ahold of a Michael Anderson the Quality control manager hang up immediately he is nothing but a big liarl. RUN RUN RUN
Posted 1 year agoReport - Talk about a SCAM!!!!!!! DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY!!!!! They will book you in a room that you can get yourself for $29 per night!!!!! They will tell you that the room is a $300 room and when you get there its the same $29. I spoke to the hotel that they made a reservation and they said they have had nothing but problems because everyone expects to get what they were told they would get. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!!!!!!

He stole millions of dollars form idiots like the ones above, by thinking that they won something, but for you guys let me tell you they lost 90% of his money because after he was banned form the radios his empire fell to nothing. The latino radio scam days are very over and so is MR Soler.
