This is a pyramid scam of epic proportions. I recommend that all of the consumers who have been scammed by DazzleSmile, CleanWhites, other teeth whitening sites, and WorldClub Fitness band together and file or join a class action suit for fraudulent advertising. I will continue to post any information I find to share with everyone who has been taken by these thieves. And if anyone has any connection with a watchdog organization, contacts at a TV show like Oprah or Ellen, see if you can't get them interested in taking up the fight.

Bottom line is truth in advertising laws and fraudulent business practices. The 14-day free trial is anything but free nor is it a 14 day "trial". The 14 day clock starts the minute the order is placed... and requires the product be received by the consumer, then tested, then returned, and requires that the returned product be processed before the end of the 14-day period. If all of those things do not occur within that 14 days, the consumer is charged. Given the required steps, consumers are lucky if they have the product for a 1-day trial.

Then, if you're lucky enough to jump through all of those hoops in a timely manner and get a refund, 40 days later, a charge appears for a product that does not exist, from a fitness club in NY city that does not exist and has absolutely nothing to do with white teeth. And, when calling the number to dispute the bogus charge, every one of the so called "customer service" reps is trained to say "it was clearly stated when you ordered your DazzleSmile". They verge on rude when firmly stating that "it's the consumer's fault you didn't read the fine print/clearly stated conditions when you ordered your DazzleSmile". Therefore, they cannot refund the charge but will cancel your membership. Membership to what? Nothing was clearly stated about joining a non-existent gym in NY city nor is anything clearly stated about being charged for a non-existent product identified as "elitepack". None of the consumers who are writing complaints authorized charges to WorldClub Fitness.

During my call to dispute the illegal charges, I asked the customer service rep his name... he gave me his first name only and his agent number, (Von #7096) he said he would not give me his last name. I then asked for the company president or an executive's name and contact information. I spoke with two different reps and neither would provide the name of the company's president, saying they are not allowed to provide that information. If it is company policy to withold business ownership information from a customer, that is a clear indication that something is wrong.

I have filed a police report about this issue and am contacting the attorney general's office in NY. If I find any information I will be sharing it with everyone I can find to encourage every scammed consumer to start or join a class action suit to stop this scam company from stealing from consumers. I am certain that all of the companies are owned by the same people and am thoroughly disgusted by their absolutely despicable actions. What they are doing is illegal... based on truth in advertising and fraudulent business practices. Let's all join together and ensure that there will be consequences.

  • Yes, I was also scammed! I spoke to 2 representatives today who were nothing but rude and refused to refund any charges for the world fitness. I even had a representative admit to me that sometimes the buyer is not aware, but that they have a NO REFUND policy because it is outlined clearly in the terms and conditions, which is also something that you don't see when you order. I asked both reps to let me speak to a supervisor and that is when both refused, said their final speech and proceeded to hang up on me. I kept stating no, but they just finished and click, the line went dead! I was forced to cancel my credit card and have a new number issued in order to avoid any additional charges. I was informed that there could be other companies charging my card and that it depended on which offers I "opted out of", this was NEVER a choice to opt in or out of anything when the free trial of dazzlesmile was ordered, the representative also admitted that sometimes they don't show up. I was also charged for 2 return labels, when I had already paid on my own to return the items. I had to call in again today, because I was promised a refund for the teeth kit by friday. When I called in today I was told that the last representative put that I was out of my trial period into their computer system. I was not and was finally given a credit email on that part today. Refund has not yet been submitted though. Also for your records, they are no longer called Dazzlesmile, they have changed their name to continue this scam. They are now known as PREMIUM WHITE! I will join you in any lawsuit you want to proceed with.

  • I also was scammed into this rediculous "free trial" I called them today because I have gotten charges from "elitepak" which I never even heard of and the rude girl on the phone told me that yes they do share our credit card info with these other companies and it is our responiblity to call them for refunds and/or cancellations. I am goin to my bank on monday and I am filing whatever claims I can against all of these companies. I returned my product and it was unopened but they processed it after the 30 day date so I cannot have my $87 refunded. I will be filing as many complaints as I can and doing anything else possible to stop these heartless idiots. I hope you guys read this...and I hope it at least opens your eyes to see how bad its gonna suck when this comes back to bite your ass. and by the way, these people that are posting thier stories have families and bills and you are stealing from them, whatever "terms and conditions" you "claim" to follow are all lies. I couldnt get an honest person on the phone. I was hung up on more than once, these people need to be stopped I will gladly join any lawsuits brought against them.

  • I just noticed the deduction from account today for the World Club Fitness membership. I am pissed off. I have called every number I could find and have talked with countless customer service agents ranging from kind and polite to rude and aggressive. No one has any helpful advice for me or any information about the companies they can share. How is it businesses (I use the term loosely) get away with this.

  • These people are SCAM ARTISTS!!!!! I ordered dazzlewhite and returned it, and still have not received my refund of $87 that they charged me for that bullshit. All of a sudden I check my account today and I have a charge from World Gym who I never heard of in my life!!! I call the 800 number and the RUDE representative tells me that I agreed to pay $25 to this bogus membership. So I asked her to show me in writing where I agreed to it and she said I agreed when I signed up for dazzlewhite which I DID NOT do. And then she said that I received a confirmation email giving me my username and password to worlds gym which I NEVER received. And when I told her that I never got the email she gave me some bogus story about how emails sometimes get "lost" and "mixed up". Talk about a bunch of bullshit scam artists. These people are unbelievable. I wanted to speak to a manager and get a refund and obviously that never happened. She hung up on me and told me there are no refunds and theres nothing I can do. I just got off the phone with my bank and credit card company and had to cancel both my cards. Now I have to wait 1-2 weeks for new cards because of these SCAMMING ASSHOLES. I'm reporting them to the business bureau and would be more then happy to join anyone filling a lawsuit of any kind. These people must be stopped, they cant just take peoples credit cards and charge them without our authorization.   • I too was scammed by World Club Fitness. They claimed I got an email with a user id and password but when I checked my email, there was no email from Dazzle White that showed this information. So I never logged into this site given I never knew that I signed up for it nor even of it's existence. I did cancel within 14 days of ordering and did send back my Dazzle White and I did not see any additional charges from them but this World Fitness Club is a complete scam.

  • I checked my checking account this evening and saw the charge for $79.75 by sup*teethwhite. I was vacationing when the product arrived, I haven't had anytime to even see what I think of this product. I was shocked to see the charge to my account. After spending the last 3 hours on line reading all the customer complaints and notices of fraud. I'm sure it is going to take more than just one of us to shut these fools down. I will gladly join in on a class action suit against these guys. I have cancelled my debit card and will close every single one of my accounts if that is what is needed to stop these punks... Note to self, NEVER, EVER order ANYTHING ON LINE... NEVER, EVER, EVER!!!

  • I too was scammed by these con artist. I was signed up for this BS website world club fitness who I never heard of and never received any e-mail with a username and password.

    Every rep I spoke to gave the same scripted answers and repeated them over and over again no matter what question I asked.

    I have already filed a complaint with the consumer protection agency of the FTC. I recommend all of you do the same. Go to ftc.gov and click on file a complaint.

    I am contacting CNBC and John Stossel of fox business channel to see if they can bring national exposure to this scam.

  • I too was scammed by these thieves. Ordered dazzlesmile, got it 10 days later, canceled my "subscription" and returned item unopened within 30 days. Company says it wasn't received within 30 day period. Also got a charge for world health fitness of $24.13, which I didn't agree to. Called world fitness and had to cancel my subscription there as well since canceling dazzlesmile does not cancel the worldclub fitness membership. The rep said that it was clearly stated on the dzzlesmile order that i would be buying a membership for worldhealth unless i checked a box in the upper right corner. This is a complete scam and I will gladly take part in any class action against them.

    If you made your purchase with a Visa card, you have RIGHTS thru Visa that Dazzle Smile Pro, Clean Whites, and World Club Fitness do not want you to know. If you received their products and still have them unopened in original packaging (altho probably just unopened/unused would be good enough), SEND THEM BACK. You need to get insurance on the package for their supposed value and send them with delivery confirmation. KEEP YOUR TRACKING NUMBERS. When I called Dazzle Pro, they pretended they did not receive the package until I told them I sent it with confirmation! They then wanted to know my tracking number before admitting they had received it, and only then were they willing to begin their long refund process. Clean Whites told me not to bother sending back their product since I didn't call within 14 days and would be charged regardless. However, blaw, they have 30 days to refund your money after receiving the item. After that, Visa can order a charge back. Either way, YOU GET YOUR MONEY BACK. For the World Club Fitness, call the number on your credit card statement. Tell them you want to cancel. Get a confirmation number and tell them you are going to be filing fraud charges. Now call your credit card company and ask to talk to the fraud department. Dispute all charges from all three companies, including their international finance charges. Your credit card company will be VERY FAMILIAR with these companies. Don't bother arguing with the fraudulent companies. Visa trumps their rules.

  • I was scammed by both Dazzle and World Fitness
    Not until I went through my credit card statements did I find the charges and by then I had accrued 2 of each. Dazzle said they would refund both if I returned the product. Which I did and now they refuse to refund one of the charges. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. With World Fitness, I had no clue this was piggybacked onto to the Dazzle site. Which by the way I was directed to after reading a testimonial on line which offered a free trial for $1.95 + shipping. I am fighting World Fitness via my credit card company as well. Plus I am filing a complaint through the AG office in Colorado

  • Hi, I'm in the UK and have been wrapped up in this scam since November. I too was attracted to the offer of white teeth (stupid, vain me!).
    I received the tray kit, but never received the whitening pen. On doing a random check of my credit card online, I noticed some funny amounts:
    Accesscleans $48.92 (£30.82)
    Beautyclub $11.90 (£7.49)
    FinallyWhite.com £2.95
    20minutesmiles.com £148.27
    When I called the tel no. next to these transactions I was told I had signed up to all these things. All I thought I'd signed up to was a free teeth whitening kit. The pen arrived a few days later and I returned everything to the address I'd been given in Milton Keynes. I got tracking numbers so I know the products have been received.
    Through a Premium White representative online, I cancelled everything that had been signed up for without my knowledge and got cancellation numbers via an email.
    I tried to explain how ludicrous it would be for a resident of the UK to sign up for a gym membership in the US!
    To date for the last 6 weeks the World Club Fitness transaction has been in dispute with my VISA card company, but they are saying it's unlikely that I'll get this back, as I didn't cancel the membership before the transaction went through. But how can I cancel something I didn't know I was signed up for in the first place!?!
    Also to date, even though I have returned all the products unused, I've had nothing refunded.
    I cancelled my credit card and received a new one. Out of pocket by £189.53 and nothing to show for it.
    Theiving scam artists with no heart or morales.
    Don't get caught up like I did.

  • I was also scammed by this outfit. I did not even receive the product until after the 14-day time period when my credit card was charged. I was also charged for the elitepack for $24.82. I am very upset about this outright fraud. I filled a complaint with the FTC. I will be glad to join a class action lawsuit. Don't order any free samples as it will cost you lots of money.

  • I am being scammed by this outfit too. I would like to join a class action lawsuit. I called the number that was on my visa bill and she said that it was called well club fitness. SHe was nasty. I asked to talk to a supervior and got a male. He said that the company was World Class Fitness. I told him to tell (girls name) that is what the company is called. He told me that there is nothing that they can do. I repeatedly since July called these people. I did get the 14 day but it was the 3 months. I got billed for 2 months of $58 something and then each month being billed from World Class Fitness for $2 something. They told me that it was clearly noted. I called on the phone and did not use the web address. I am so frustrated with this. I am about to called the Attorney Generals office after I once again print out all the paperwork. I am going to call all the states with the Better Business Bureaus. I asked for them to send me an email with the terms. I did get an email and it was blank from them. I wish someone would check out these people and get our monies back. Other than being a scam the people that work for them are RUDE.

  • SCAM: Beware World Club Fitness & Premium White, aka Dazzle Smile are the SAME Company!!!! They are in breech of contract - there should be something we can do!!!! Please read:

    On September 23, 2009 I ordered a sample of teeth whitening product at dazzlesmileultra.com which was $1.95. Immediately after I clicked to submit I read further the fine print and realized this was a scam. I called back within minutes only to be told I could not cancel but could return the product and cancel if not satisfied. After numerous calls they finally agreed to cancel my order and supposedly would not be charged the $1.95 and was told to just keep the sample product upon receipt. As I suspected, I never received the item and was still charged the $1.95. Then on January 5, 2010 my account was charged $24.82 listed as fitclubonline. After investigating I discovered it was for a membership to World Club Fitness that I supposedly agreed to when I ordered the Dazzle Smile product. They said I did not opt out of this option, therefore it approved my membership. I asked for a copy of the terms and conditions and was told to review #13. Here's what #13. states: Third Party Websites "The Site contains links to other websites on the Internet that are owned and operated by third parties. Premium White does not control the information, products or services available on these third party websites, etc." REALLY?! Then why after I called numerous times did I finally find out -- it was disclosed and confirmed by two individual reps -- that World Club Fitness and Premium White, also known as Dazzle Smile are one in the same company!!! Together, they continue to rip off unsuspecting individuals. Please do not fall for this scam. They refused to refund my money, they were rude and often hung up on me. I immediately closed my account to avoid further charges, but had to go through the expense and aggravation. These companies are great at doing what they do best -- stealing from people. How can they be stopped? They need to be in jail where they belong. Can anyone help and avoid others from being ripped off?

    Don't lie, you don't care about our satisfaction. You really only care about stealing our money! By the way, thanks for the recent scam, you over-drafted my account. I supposedly signed up for your product, and i have never even been on your website. so when i called and asked to get my money back i spoke to a supposed 5 different ladies and oddly enough they all sounded exactly the same. I actually had to be boarder line sexist in order to be put on the phone with a "supervisor" who once again told me there was nothing she could do. It is stealing to take someones money and not provide them with a product and being as I don't have that much money to spare, I will not tolerate it. You better get ready because I am going to file charges!
