[12252] DRI*SYMANTEC (Digital River) - Billed me 3 times for a total of $314.60

I have been following the trials and tribulations of people who, like me, had entries appear on their credit/debit cards from this company. For what it's worth, I went to myord.com, filled out the blanks, submitted, was told that my order was not found, gave me the option of contacting customer service, which I did, and was told that they would be in touch. They were, around a week later, and the situation is progressing from there.

  • I had three charges of $134.94 try to post to my account immediately following a purchase at Amazon. Luckily, BofA halted them, as they are familiar with the Digital River company. I've always felt safe ordering from Amazon, but no more :(
