- Same thing happened tome.. Working with my bank to receive my money back. I have changed my card number to avoid anymore charges from this fraudulent company.
Posted 2 years agoReport - I too canceled my account last year. Same story, unauthorized $79 charge, I call several times a day, and leave a message. Sometimes their mailbox is full, so I cant even leave a message! I reported it to the fraud department at my debit card, I encourage the rest of you to do the same!
Posted 2 years agoReport - I have the same problem, they said it was a computer glitch and they would refund the money. That was 10/27ish I'm still waiting and I've been calling every day with only their voice mail.

Posted 2 years agoReport - what a bunch of scum bags! i ordered one poster and canceled any kind of club stuff twice. it's been a year and now i just found out they have been charging $79.00 every month on my debit. i haven't even gotten any posters so i had no idea where in the hell my money was going. what is up with the phone that no one answers? i'm having to take care of it through my bank fraud insurance but this is really something that should be stopped.
Posted 2 years agoReport - Same deal but they hit me twice. No one ever answers their customer service line or returns your call if you leave a message. And if you do magically happen to get a rep. they decide you need to speak with a "supervisor" and transfer you to a dead line.
Posted 2 years agoReport - They charged me $79 on Thanksgiving and I have called them every day. Keep leaving messages but no one will return my call. Now I am forced to close my account at Christmas time. What can be done to stop this? I have had no contact with this sham of a company for over a year and out of the blue a new charge.
