TOTAL SCAM... STAY AWAY FROM WWW.THEFURNITURE.COM

I feel so bad that I did business with www.thefurniture.com. They totally fooled me and my family. SCAMMED US by shipping is wrong furniture, refuse to refund, trying to cash in on restocking fee worth of hundreds of dollars... and then brush us off... ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE ZERO PROFESSIONALISM especially from a rude manager named SAMANTHA

I AM REPORTING THOSE SCAM ARTISTS AT WWW.THEFURNITURE.COM TO BBB AND ATTORNEY GENERAL OFFICE... IF THEY SCREWED YOU OVER, DO SAME THING!CALL YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY LIKE I DID AND LET THEM KNOW THAT WWW.THEFURNITURE.COM WON'T FOOL YOU. You have one year from a day you placed an order and paid to dispute your credit card charge.... so feel strong and don't be afraid of scam websites of www.thefurniture.com

    The customer had purchased a sectional from our website. It was by Coaster Furniture. The customer's sister in law had contacted our company attempting to defend her family members because she believed they got scammed by receiving a different finish of the sectional. The sectional only comes in one finish. The customer had purchased a large order including 3 bedroom sets as well as a Coaster Sectional. Everything arrived to the customer, however they were not satisfied with the sectional. We advised to the customer's sister in law that we needed to speak with the person who placed the order to get this issue resolved. Unfortunately the sister in law was not happy with that response and this is why she decided to leave negative feedback about our company. Our company has resolved the issue with the customer's sectional by picking the sectional up which is EXACTLY like the product advertised and did not charge the customer any restocking fees.

    How is it that we are scam artists and the customer had received the entire order but is not leaving feedback about the bedroom sets?

    At the end of the day, the customer who actually placed the order is 100% satisfied with her entire order.
