Sent to a friend[13119] Bill Metcalfe - Bullied a Good Yet Disabled Man
As the New Year approaches, I still remember the horror that Bill Metcalfe perpetrated on my disabled husband on December 18, 2006. Robert was cuckolded into attending an ACT 264 meeting of HCRS in Brattleboro, Vt. Although he was honest, friendly, and cooperative, he was bullied, scummed around, humiliated right in front of his disabled teenaged son. The bullying was to get his cooperation and "consent" to dump our difficult teenager into State Foster Care, to benefit the agency's need for funding streams. They claimed "emotional abuse" but there was no true evidence and later it was proven not to be true, anyway. But our son's mind became bent against his parents, and the horrible scars will never go away. Thanks for being an abuser of the innocent, BILL METCALFE!Posted 2 years ago

Posted 1 year agoReport - This bullying was done to open a Medicaid Waiver. Lots of money was involved, which renders me hoping that Medicaid will some day investigate Mr. Metcalfe and his notoriously bad HCRS (Health Care & Rehabilitation Services). I hope they will not continue getting away with the maltreatment of honest and innocent handicapped people. If they did it to my husband, they must have done it to other people. Everybody complains about what a terrible organization they are.

Posted 1 year agoReport - it is despicable, that Bill Metcalfe could get away with bullying an innocent disabled person. What kind of a town is Brattleboro? Why do they tolerate such cruel people?
Posted 1 year agoReport - The cruelty is not forgotten. My husband and my son both have not recovered from the horror of this ill behavior. Bill Metcalfe needs to have a big F imrinted on his forehead--for FELON!
Posted 11 months agoReport - I am talking about the Bill Metcalfe of Brattleboro HCRS. I'm sure there are a lot of good Bill Metcalfes in the world, but this Bill Metcalfe is NOT one of them!
Posted 11 months agoReport - I have just learned that this bully--Bill Metcalfe of Brattleboro HCRS--has been elected to the Rockingham school board. He should not be in such a position when he is a mental abuser. My husband and son are still suffering from his horrible behavior.
