Sent to a friend[13252] DAZZLE SMILE - CREDIT CARD FRAUD
This scam goes by many names including: Dazzle White, Upsell, Comprehensive Weight Loss, Dazzle Smile, etc. They don't send you any product and charge your credit card, plus your credit card is passed on to muliple other companies and charges appear all over your credit card statement from different sources. The Missouri Attorney General has mulitple complaints in their consumer protection department.Posted 2 years ago

I've been scammed by the Dazzle White and Smile Bright and even after canceling my CC twice they still manage to stick it to me every 6 weeks or so with charges to other 'bogus' offers.. the latest for me "How To Write Grants" WTF!!. I did exactly as the return policy stated but made the mistake of opening the mailing envelope when the first product arrived. The company now says that I 'opened' the product and therefore voided their return policy. I'm still trying to figure out how you 'trial' a product without using it, much less opening the mailing package. Now they have my $92.37 and the product. I got smart when the second one arrived... I mailed it back the same day, unopened with a tracking number. That mistake was $1.97. My Credit Union refuses to reimburse the $92.37 charges stating that I did not comply to the terms to their return policy, even though the terms 'agreement' Dazzle White provided to my CU wasn't even the same product. (So, either my CU is over burdened or stupid) Either way I can only assume that I will have to pay for this expensive mistake but rest assured that I will be contacting the FTC, Attorney General, and anyone else that I think should know that this is fraud no matter how you look at it and I'm blown away that, we, as consumers, can't do a thing about it.

If there was some confusion about your subscription, we honestly didn't mean to inconvenience you in any way. Our goal is not to inconvenience our customers .The terms and conditions of our offer are very visible on the order page, they are stated on the order page where you confirm your order, located directly to the top of where your credit card information was entered. There is also a link at the top of the home page that opens up the terms and conditions in a separate window. Customer service is our number one priority and we do everything we can to be open with all of our customers. Of course, mistakes can be made; and if you were not aware of our terms and conditions in our site.
