Sent to a friend Rockwell Financial Inc of San Diego, CA and Mission Viejo CA along with Vice President Dora Atkinson, owner of Pacific Bath in Canoga Park has now been sued for defamation of character by Ms. DeSimone and Wells Fargo. The DA and Wells Fargo have dropped all so called "charges" related to their inflamatory and untrue statements put on the internet. She has never been investigated by the FBI, and both of these parties have been told by authorities to cease and desist. Unfortunately it has been Brett Jeffrey Davis, Owner of Rockwell Financial Inc, and Rockwell International Estates, as well as Dora Atkinson of Pacific Bath who have an actual open civil case # BC418016 with the Los Angeles Superior Court. Mr. Brett Jeffrey Davis and Ms. Dora Atkinson are being sued for defamation of character, sexual harrassment, fraud, coersion, neglect, etc.....Mr. Davis was already sued in Santa Clara Court for commissions owed Last December 3, 2008 where he never showed up. Wells Fargo has also filed a Demure against Mr. Brett Jeffrey Davis to ensure that his false allegations against them go nowhere. Heather DeSimone , owner of HKC Enterprises Inc, and founder of ESMoms ESMoms.com has been an innocent victim, and Dora Atkinson has been notified by the Los Gatos Police Department to stop harrassing her, as she continues to leave harrassing phone calls threatening her and calling her office.
