This repuclean.com is a NIGHTMARE... you will regret the day you use any of their services. I made the mistake of hiring repuclean.Part of the problems... repeated unauthorized billings for add-ons not ordered, billings for "automatic upgrades" not ordered because they're "sure you'll want this", inability to contact anyone to reverse charges, a totally inept billing depart. It took me 3 months to get my money back and only after sending letters from my lawyer. I have 150 emails on file between me and them. I had to send registered letters copied to my credit card company to ensure they cease billing me long AFTER I had closed all accounts and cancelled domains.
