[14198] Symantec Norton Antivirus - Unauthorized charge to credit card

Norton antivirus charged my credit card for an auto-renewal which I did not authorize. Their product is a resource hog and slows my computer down terribly, so I had no plans to renew my subscription. But they did it anyway. When I replied to their notification email instructing them to reverse the charges there was no response.
