Sent to a friend 3-03-10 Everything other have said is true about this company. I finally had my daughter call them because when dealing rudely with me, the woman kept referring to me being old and so forgetful that I didn't remember if I cancelled the service or not. When my daughter called, the woman kept calling her old woman and when my daughter informed her that she was the daughter and not that old, she then started telling my daughter that she was retarded. These people are frauds and we should all band together and file complaints with the fraud department of the NYPD, the FBI and with the NY state attorney's office. If we organized and did this together, we could put them out of business. There is enough proof on line as to how they manage to keep on sucking money from people, most of which are the elderly who can't afford it.
