Sent to a friend[14252] Porcher Plumbing - Discontinued replacement parts
I own a Porcher L'Espression one piece toilet that is about three years old. The flush valve wore out so I tried to order a replacement part. I was told that the company changed the design and no longer makes replacement parts for this toilet. This is a VERY EXPENSIVE toilet, about $800.00 US! The Porcher representative basically told me that there is nothing that they can do to help. After talking with my plumbing contractor, he said that Porcher has a reputation for changing designs and not making replacement parts for the old models (if you can call 3 years old). This would be like if you bought a new car and when the brakes needed replacement, the manufacturer said, sorry, you can't buy the parts so your car is now worthless. Nice company policy huh?Posted 1 year ago

- I own a Porcher, One Piece, Veneto toilet, ( Model # 70030) which is only 4 years old. The toilet has since been discontinued and I am looking for a replacement toilet seat. I cannot locate this toilet seat anywhere, and Porcher Customer Service has been very little help. I paid $700.00 for this toilet in 2006. At this rate, i would never buy another Porcher, or American Standard Product. (Porcher's parent company)
Posted 1 year agoReport - I have the exact same problem with the L'Espression toilet. The silicone sealing portion of the flush valve has deteriorated and leaks- as they eventually do with any toilet. The unnecessarily complex (think Citroen built by Rube Goldberg) and expensive flush valve assembly 83420 is "no longer available." This $650 toilet is less than 5 years old and it's now useless. The company has absolutely no remedy for the problem. BOYCOTT PORCHER PRODUCTS. THE COMPANY TRULY IS GROSSLY NEGLIGENT WITH THE SUPPORT OF THEIR OWN PRODUCTS. IF THEY DON"T EVEN SUPPORT THEIR PRODUCTS WHY ON EARTH SHOULD YOU!

Posted 11 months agoReport - Porcher is a joke. Need to replace the hoses on my Palace sink faucet. Beautiful faucet, but why do they design their products so that the parts are not replaceable??? Some bizarre contraption where the the hoses are not screwed on, but permanently attached. WHY? And they are cheap hoses. This faucet was $400! Not to mention the water dribbles out like a real antique faucet. It's one thing to remake vintage faucets, but let's not go overboard and actually make them function like vintage faucets.
