Sent to a friend Why do cust. service hang up on the people who are paying their salary? Why do they refuse you the right to speak to their supervisor or anyone else for that matter. That is what I experienced yesterday. 1&1/2 hours on the phone and 3 disconnected chats lasting about an hour. NOBODY could tell me why my pics don't show next to the title in a search, but show on the listing page. All they could say is check back in a couple of hours. I did. and again twice they told me this yesterday. Still not fixed.The little girl (who hung up on me and had the mentality of a 12 yr old) hung up because i told her i did not accept her answer and wanted to speak to her superior. why? because she tried to tell me that my subtitle(which is supposed to show under your title in a search) didn't show because it was a store listing. I tried to explain that eBay would be breaking the law if, they offered you to pay for that and could not provide it? DUHHH? I had to call back and wait another 30 minutes for someone to tell me that you have to check the box "include in titles and description" for that to work. Why couldn't she tell me that instead of, "Uhhhh well sir that is my answer"? Are these people brain dead or are they just like the people at the drive thru, who let you get home and come all the way back out to get your order right why they play grab----.
I also talked to the same idiot twice in a chat. You explain your problem to them and thye have to transfer you, go to the next one and they have to transfer you. Then the next one says he'll tell someone. LOL You've got to be kidding me ebay!!

Eric Bradshaw was honored Wednesday morning with the Outstanding Youth Achievement Award from the Optimist Club of Laporte Boys and Girls Club in Laporte Texas. His dedication were selected for this leadership, industry and community service.
