Sent to a friend[14800] BCP Imports - Overcharged/Double charged and then trouble refunding
I made a purchase from their website in the amount of 18.95. Two pre-authorization holds for the amount of 33.12 were placed on my debit account. After several phone calls, the overcharged amount was refunded. But I cannot get them to release the 2nd hold, even after the charge has gone through!! They are tying up my $$$ on my debit account and have NOT been helpful in rectifying the situation!! I have gotten nothing but the run-around from this company!! BAD BAD BUSINESS!!!!Posted 1 year ago

Posted 1 year agoReport - I ordered something from them on 5/5/10....it was not a personalized order....and everything was in stock ( i made sure) well as of today 5/20/10....I still have not received my item....and everytime I call it's BUSY!!! They don't respond to emails.....RIP OFF!!!
Posted 1 year agoReport - Same thing - I ordered some of those crazy silly bandz for my son. The money came RIGHT OUT of my checking account. Poor child - everyday he has come home from school checking the mailbox. Today, I get an email that says order can't be completed until they receive my final payment. So, I call and they tell me that PAYPAL requires that they collect the money a second time. I was assured though, that the original charge would "fall off." That was the strangest thing I ever heard! I just said, NO THANKS and asked for a refund - hopefully it will get refunded. Strangest thing - my charge didn't even go through PayPal! Some shady things goign on with this company, it seems!
Posted 1 year agoReport - I ordered 5/4/10. Finally got thru to BCP about a week ago and they promised my order was sent on 5/17 USPS First Class. Today is 5/26. Still no silly bands!! Good think I paid with a credit card. I called the credit card company and am reversing the charges. Sounded like going for a refund would be near impossible if I went to BCP. Good luck to all of you who still are waiting.
