Sent to a friend[15473] rocky edwards - almost lost my blog

I paid FOSTERIDEAZ , a web designer in Noida, India, $300 to develop a sample home page for my blog – www.garnerblog.com/ . They caused me a great deal of distress and could have lost it.
Chronology:
- Analytics showed traffic to my blog went dead around may l7, 2010. Going to it brought a message of a fatal error. The password was changed. These without provocation. I called fosterideaz 21 times and left messages and sent emails. No reply. Around may 24 they answered [probably by mistake] and said they’d call the next day. Never did. Was my blog gone for good? . What could be worse. It was the product of years of development and expense .
Through emails to a ‘source’ I was able to have my blog restored. Miracle.
My password still didn’t work. Then calls and emails with the source to finally get a password and make a copy of the blog.
I seek compensation for
- My blog being off the net 10 days.
- Losing temporary and perhaps some permanent visitors to my blog.
- FOSTERIDEAZ changing my password.
- Their unconscionable ignoring me.
- 10 days of work and anguish to get my blog restored, only by luck.
- The fact the blog could have been lost!
