Sent to a friend[15517] Pinnacle Security - Preying on the Elderly
My mother had ADT security & sign in her yard, which turned into a calling card for Pinnacle Security. They told her (on Memorial Day) they were upgrading her ADT system, removed all ADT equip., installed their equip and had her sign a 42 month contract (she's 86), at twice the cost of her ADT service. She also initialed, in several places, that she was aware that they were not affiliated with ADT, but she has poor vision, poor, hearing and poor short term memory. Run, don't walk if a Pinnacle Security Salesman knocks on your door. Tell your elderly family, friends and neighbors. Call the local police. BBB rates them an "F". When I asked why they would have an 86 year old sign a 42 month contract, I was told "age is just a number" and in their book ... age is a dollar sign.Posted 1 year ago
