Sent to a friend I took my car in for an alignment. I was there waiting about twenty minutes and they came out and said. "I have bad news." "You need ball joints for your car bad."I asked for him to show me. He did and had a really hard time showing me the problem. I told him my husband would do the work and could he please just do the alignment. He refused and said he would have to do the ball joints. My husband is a mechanic. He had never mentioned a problem. They charged me to tell me I need this part. After leaving the place I went to Sears. They were so nice. They told me there was nothing at all wrong with my ball joints and were able to align it with no problem. I truly believe I was being taken advantaged of because I am a women. I should have also been given my money back they took to lie to me. They may be cheaper in cost, but you will pay more if you go there. They are out to screw the customer and get rich. I will never take my car there ever again.
