Sent to a friend[15985] Nissan of Gadsden - Bad Customer Service and not backing up their vehicles
I bought a 2005 KIA Optima from Nissan of Gadsden a few weeks ago, they knew it needed to have the blower resistor motor in the A/C replaced,so they dropped the part price down so that the warranty would cover it,I waited three weeks for the part and when I went to have it installed they had ordered the wrong part.I had to call them everyday to see if the part had came in.They also sold me a car with bad tires on it,the salesman agreed to get me some tires and I called him three times and still no tires. The check engine light came on and went off so I didn't have that looked at he also promised me a free car wash and a tank of gas that I have not received yet.Posted 1 year ago
