Sent to a friend[16088] Magic jack - Crap product.
This is the worst product I have ever purchased. The insult to injury was dealing with their horrific customer service and live chat. Buyer beware!!The product never did work, they tried and tried at MJ with their brutal live chat..they kept transferring me to new "TOP" tech's. No one could get it working. I should have known better when they told me I could not register my MJ on my Mac and had to go find a windows based PC to do so...they didn't say that on the ad did they? HORRIBLE!!!
I could go on for ever, but the bottom line this is garbage

- I moved from Texas to the Uk in March & have used Magic Jack 3 times a week.It has kept me in touch with friends & saved hundreds of $.It was harder to set up than advertised but I had no problem with the talk through explanation.I am computer illiterate so if I managed anyone can.My computer crashed in England & I plugged Jack into the new one & it worked perfectly.My friends in Afghanistan & Barbados are using it also with no problem.I highly recommend it.
