Sent to a friend[33256] Blue Tax - scam, fraud, took my money
I trusted Blue Tax to solve my IRS problems because of their rating with the Better Business Bureau. After speaking with them on the phone, they assured me they could half what I owed the IRS as well as stop the IRS from further collecting from me. All I had to do was pay them a fee, so I did. After they had my money I waited, and waited, and nothing ever happened. The IRS continued their collections and told me that nobody had been in touch with them on my behalf. I called Blue Tax and was furious and wanted my money back and the more or less told me to go F myself. I am so upset and hope that this doesn't happen to anyone else.Posted 1 year ago

- I paid them my 2nd installment of $`1,800 which totaled $3,500. I no sooner paid when I get an "urgent issue" email that I must call a Joseph Gallo compliance manager. They wanted another $3,000 as they stated that California now wants over 40k instead of 14k. He went and made up a new contract on here say and did not send me any documentation from California Tax Board. I cancelled my contract and if no refund then will file complaint with BBB and Attorney General's office Los Angles. People please, please stay away from this company. BLUE TAX IS A SCAM!
