Sent to a friend His name is Mark (id. No.: 6805265128089) and he calls him self an architect. The company name is DK and Associates.(reg. no. 2003/033162/23) based in Edenvale. He drives a silver jeep, license no: TRF 359 GP. The guy is a con and he pretends to be honest. Don't be fooled by his soft demeanor. He has taken R105 000 from me and has not completed my building renovation. He has cut corners. He lied that he had an engineering certificate and that he was qualified. He promised to supply the municipality with all docs. He has not and has not bothered to repay the money he has taken. I have asked him for my money and gave him more than 2 months to come clean. He has moved residence and does not provide correct details. He is avoiding being served. I got another contractor to quote me and he told me that the building is compromised and I would need to break the building and redo. I am struggling on my own to resolve this. I feel robbed because I trusted him, did the reference checks etc. he claims to be registered Architects and builders association. He has engineers Costa Galatis (770314) and Robbie from Lancrete. They have not even looked at the house. I was lied to and these guys needs to be blacklisted. Be careful of people like this.
