Sent to a friend[5328] Amadaus Music Home School - One lesson, refuses to refund
I paid for paino lessons. Instructor made one visit and never came back. I called the school and they said they were trying to find another instructor. That went on for several months and when I could reach someone they said they were still trying. I asked for a refund. A year later they still have not sent it. I signed a contract and faxed back to them. The only person I can get ahold of is Donna Esposito 505-954-1304. That is the same line as posted on their website with is 877-537-7660. I have requested their billing department but they say I'm not allowed to talk to them. The president at the school has yet to call me back. Which in a year I have called many, many times. I have a signed contract and paid the fee for paino lessons. I just want my money returned since I did pay in good faith.Posted 2 years ago

- Cancel whatever card you paid with. The same thing happened to me. She never returned my calls or issued me a refund. Now my credit card was charged several more times in the last month!
