- Wilkes Oakwood homes is a ripoff! - They lie about doing repairs and never get around to doing it. I have been waiting years for them to complete what they were suppose to have completed in the first year. Oakwood Homes Of Wilkesboro is a SCAM! - BUYER BEWARE!
Posted 3 years agoReport - A deposit and approval will lock a rate for 60 days if no land is involved, 90 days if there is land. If a consumer delays the process by not getting the permits to start construction there is nothing that can insure a rate lock. When a consumer goes to the closing table, how can they say they were lied to, when it is still within thier power to either sign the documents or to walk. I have never seen after closing on a deal someone saying the hell with you....It seems that the expectations of the transaction were never established, hence the feeling of neglect. I would even contiunue by saying the repairs are already completed . I would like to know ones definition of scam . It would seem someone being duped, or someone that gets something for nothing by manipulation?, there could be several definitions I guess......
Posted 3 years agoReport - You obviously work for the company. Let me ask you, If I went to the court house and got names of people who requested building permits and interviewed them all... what do you think they will tell us about your business? - Answer your question carefully, as I may do it.
Posted 3 years agoReport - Its a matter of public record. You may want to start being real careful with your actions and lies as I am getting ready to start pushing back.
