[585] National City Bank - Unclear Terms

Every time I thought I provided what they wanted, they found another fine-print detail to screw me. Eventually I found the best solution they could offer: close the account and use a different bank. National City sucks.

  • I certainly agree!! They move money in and out of your account saying that the merchant does not present within 72 hours and when presented with documentation to the contrary, stare you down and say they never said 72 hours!!! Unbelievable! No wonder they are going under! They forget it is your money!!
