Sent to a friend[590] Wells Fargo Located At Irvine California - Steals money - Total ripoff
This company is getting away with robbery! Their 'system' is to take credits before deposits (on the same day) so you overdraft. I really want this stopped! I've complain alot and e-mail them constantly! A class action lawsuit is what we need! If anyone know where I can sign up to join one, please let me know.Tahiti

- Wells Fargo helped with banking, loans and credit matters. Always good service and expert assistance. The branch in Irvine CA is very convenient near the Sears Law Offices. Mike and Steven referred alot of business clients with new operations. The attorney paperwork made it easy.

Posted 2 years agoReport - Oh please! Definitely comments made by WF people! WF is a RIP OFF. They have overdrafted my account as many as 16 times in one day because we made a deposit into one checking account but they put it in another checking account. My bills all paid electronically through their Bill Pay from the account my check was SUPPOSED to go into. This caused my overdraft account to be "excessively used" , and subsequently drained. They arbitrarily closed that overdraft (savings) account due to excessive use. $35.00 x 16 overdrafts later, and a trip to the bank, they determined it was in fact their error, but get this --- could only reverse 5 transactions per day. So it took them 4 days to give me my money back!!!!!! They refused to reopen my savings account -- even though it was their error.
THIS HAPPENED 4 TIMES, EXACT SCENARIO!!!!
Dump Wells Fargo while you still have a few bucks left!!!
Posted 2 years agoReport - Wells fargo gave me a lease pay off amount last May of 20530.89. Called back month of August and my payoff amount is 2020.00!!!! WTF! I have been paying the lease and they have no been posting to my account!!!! how can I fight these SOB's.
