[6087] American Home Shield -

Would not honor the policy to repair or replace refrigerator. Falsely advertises what they will do and then squirms out of any committment. Total sham!

  • American Home Shield terrible customer service...when you call and ask to speak to the same person you were dealing with they say they have 3 call centers and do not know who that person is. You cannot speak to a supervisor. They place you on hold forever then come back with stock answers that do not provide any information other than you are denied service.
