Sent to a friend[6216] PayPal - PayPal ACH Rip Off
PayPal took money from my checking acct as an ACH when I added a credit to my profile to be used. Beware PayPal's system "reverts back to an ACH when you update your payment profile". This is according to Kim who I spoke with directly today about the matter. PayPal will not do anything about this. If they are taking money via ACH and you or I as concumers did not intend or authorize this then they are ripping consumers off!!!Posted 2 years ago

PayPal is NOT a bank and therefore they do not fall under any of the US Banking laws or regulations. They can do whatever the heck they want with your money.
They also have ZERO protections set for the SELLERS in a transaction. It's all about the BUYER...
PAYPAL IS OWNED BY EBAY. Ebay sucks to for sellers.
Ebay provides a place for people to sell or buy goods and they set all these rules and regulations. But as soon as there is a dispute between a seller and a buyer, Ebay will tell you that they don't get involved in disputes. As soon as a buyer has a dispute, Ebay cancels the seller's account.
Watch out for PayPal and Ebay.
