Sent to a friend[651] Shoreline Modular Madison CT - terrible workmanship
I ordered a modular 2,000 sq foot november 7th, 2007 thru Shoreline Modular and there were problems from the beginning. I signed a Construction Management contract which was to have Shoreline oversee the subcontractors. They never seemed to be around. Their main buttoning up crew was terrible. The garage was framed so the opening for the overhead door was too big. The siding was put on too short on many of the ends. The siding and shutter were put around a crooked window. The roof was so badly done it was condemned by 3 roofing companies. The modular company did replace it completely after 5 months but I went thru hell. The carpet was installed with bad padding so it squeaks as if walking on bubble wrap. A shower basin was put in crooked and after complaining was reinstalled but the tile has never been right and is now being held on by duct tape. I refused to pay the balance of the Construction Management fee and was always under threat of a lien on the modular. Posted 3 years ago

- Thats terrible! - Looks like Shoreline Modular is a real crook! - Hopefully everyone in Madison CT will think twice before buying from these jerks. The image speaks volumes about their business shady workmanship!
