[7806] pure-g-health - keep sending product after cancelling

Tried a sample just for shipping and handling of 5.95. I then decided not to take the product and immediately cancelled. This did not stop them and thet sent me another 2 bottles. It did no good to talk to them as I was told that unless i have a (bogus) tracking # for the returns they could not help me. I again cancelled and on my credit card it again shows one shipped on 5/12. How can we stop them??

  • I too was/am dealing with the same issues.... I called and told my credit card company to not allow any more charges. I am stuck with the original charge though. I tried to call them to cancel on their long distance number, no not a 800 number it was on my dime.. I waited for an hour for someone to pick up so I could cancel. Never did get anyone on the other line. Pile of crap. This company should be taken to court!!!!
