Sent to a friend These are my emails, my personal property and my emails it was sent to me my TheSqueakywheel. I posted a complaint about Melanie Lowry AKA Annie Westlake of Catinallity Cattery. Now Ms Lowry AKA Catinallity Cattery is now complaining about the complaint I posted on thesqueakywheel. Thesqueakywheel will not take off my complaint. The complaint posted about me by Ms Zizzo again is false and gives out the email address of someone that was not involved, in fact I do not know who it is but assume she would not want to be linked to this in any way., Zizzo complains that she was set up to be served papers for a debtors exam by me. But it was the process server that set this meeting up because zizzo repeatedly lied to the court about her financial situation and her health, gave the court 22 false addresses and was warned by the judge to co-operate or be jailed. Please actually read the complaint, there is no truth to it and I will notify the whose ever email that is to let them know what zizzo has done with it. I am happy to forward to you the court papers, just tell me where to send them. Ms Zizzo had been making these false complaints about me for 7 years now. I won a court case against her and she was warned to stop her harassment. She is a cyber stalker, and cyber bully, having been labeled as such by the court. Please remove the complaint about me found here otherwise it just keeps perpetuating her insanity.

I have sued her twice and won both times, as you see...she is so mentally ill that it has not stopped her....but my concern is she has posted someone elses email that is not involved, in fact I have no idea who she is, but I have warned her of you and your sites do nothing policy ...and my address is posted and neither you nor she has permission to place my address anywhere...so remove if you have any kind decency and responsibility....you are placing me in physical danger as well as leaving the door open for identity theft. You should have some kind of responsibility since you are destroying reputations, and lives just to make money. How would you like someone to post false information and lies about you all over the internet and then get answers from those people hosting the sites like you give out????? I know who it is and I have attached a copy of the latest judgment I won against her since you think I am kidding

I am not going to pay you $5.00 to answer a false complaint, that is extortion and you should be ashamed that you profit off of this kind of thing. the fact that you allow people to post lies, and untruths just so you can make money is despicable......you should make them provide proof....PROOF would stop all of this dishonesty, but then you would not make any money would you? there is an address posted there that I did not give permission to have used and that in this country is a violation of my privacy......if any more weird people show up at my door or something happens to me...I have left specific instructions for my family to look at you and your website....I live alone and this puts me in jepoardy. You have been told several times about Mz Zizzo and her sociopathic obsessed personality....I sued her and won....think about who could be next.

In the USA, you can be sued for “tortuous interference†if your comments defame, encourage harassment or interfere with someone’s normal course of business.
The North Carolina Supreme Court has held that tortious interference with prospective economic advantage occurs when a party interferes with the freedom of contract and “not in the legitimate exercise of defendant's own right, but with design to injure the plaintiff . . ." (see Owens v. Pepsi Cola Bottling Co. of Hickory, N.C., Inc., 330 N.C. 666, 680, 412 S.E.2d 636, 644 (1992)).
Posted 2 years agoReport - These emails were written in confidence to the owner Jeff Harris of the squeakywheel, we had every expectation of privacy since it is a copyright infringement to forward emails without express written permission to do so. He violated that confidence.
Mz Zizzo is a sociopathic cyber stalker who has been sued for this behavior in a California court and Jeff Harris was advised of this and sent the court judgment. He forwarded these emails anyway to this known sociopath.
Mz Zizzo was warned by the court about her lying and harassment, she paid for this but as you can see that didn't stop her. Is she stupid or sick mentally? Either way she has violated the court and will end up being arrested. Read the truth with documentation to back all our claims on this site

See her CFA suspension for this behavior, the court judgment and her harassing threatening emails claiming mob ties. Her extortion demands to stop this behavior are posted there as well.
CFA advises she is dead to them and to ignore her and her harassment bu that is knda hard to do.
She is thought of as the scourge of the cat breeder world. A liar, an extortion, and animal abuser (part of her expulsion from CFA was for animal welfare issues.) She is not credible, who would be making the same complaint in hundreds of places for over 7 years?
Ask her where her proof is. She says she doesn't have to have any she can say anything she wants and cites free speech.
There is always two sides to every story, find out the other side, read the website.
You would want to be given the same consideration, and remember she lied so extensively to the judge and provided 22 false addresses to the court that she was sent to a criminal court judge for a civil case. She lied for 3 hours to that judge and he caught her in every one of them, one lie being that she was homeless and didn't own a computer.
Watch now, Zizzo will come along here and post all of her 7 and 8 year old complaining, she always does. Nothing new just 8 year old whining.

Posted 2 years agoReport - One would have to consider the "histrionics" of the nut case who has been making this same complaint for 9 years...Rose Marie Zizzo, sued for defamation, libel, copyright infringement, extortion and several other things. And yes she lost and paid, and spent over 2 years lying to the court, and 3 hours lying right to the judges face. He didn't buy it and almost arrested her.
