[9861] MetroPcs Authorized Dealer - Sold old phone as new.

The authorized dealer for metro pcs sold us a used phone as a new one. They also did not give us a valid sales receipt. We got robbed I feel.

  • metro pcs reception is laking in the north irvine area but it recently got a bit better when they added a new transmitter on the steven sears attorney building at 18 truman irvine. however, there still are a few spots with less than adequate service close to the 5 freeway offramp.

  • I have had nothing but trouble with metro pc their customer service is a nightmare.
    I have tried to pay my bill on line three months in a row, they charge a three dollar fee just to pay the bill on line it is free, but the web site won't let me access it.
