Sent to a friend[9874] Wells Fargo - Incorrectly Told Deposit Will Credit Before Charges
On the weekend of 8/8, I showed entries in my account which would generate NSF. I deposited an amount to cover these and called Wells Fargo to confirm the deposit.I was told by "Jason" the deposit would be posted that evening and that it would be credited before the debits. One week later, I now see entries for NSF fees in my account. I am done dealing with Wells Fargo after 20 years.
I find my new Credit Union to be much more helpful. Their fee structure is more reasonable. Overall they are a better company to deal with.
I will be closing the Wells Fargo account as soon as my Direct Deposit has been moved. Thank you Wells Fargo for many years of fees and minimal interest on my checking.

- This same thing happened to me. I was charged over $500 in fees for little $5 charges. I am a single mother with 6 kids and they took everything I had. They dont even care. I had to send my children to school today without lunch. I have checks outstanding that will bounce now and they could care less. Corporate greed is just unbelievable. I don't even know how I am going to feed my family until my next payday.
