I wish I did some research on the web before I sent my jewerly to Cash4Gold. I mailed out my jewerly months ago after 2 weeks they tell me that they haven't received my package and that I would have to file an insurance claim (which can take up to 30 days). Thank goodness I took pictures of my jewerly before I sent it to them. As per their request, I sent them a detailed list of jewerly that was sent and for my own purposes, also sent them copies of the pictures via email. I receive a response back from them that they received my information but that I would have to have it notarized. I went to my lawyer's office (he happens to be a notary) and had it notorized for $9. Now it is in their insurance claims department...will keep you posted!!
