This seems to be standard operating procedure with "Smart" Tuition. Month after month, we pay on time; we are due to pay on the 20th of the month. However, despite the fact even their bills say our payment is due on the 20th, they rack up late fees for every month. This month they sent a letter on the 12th saying our payment is late. Obviously, simple math (20 comes AFTER 12) is too complex for the geniuses over at "Smart" Tuition.
