I made a payment late. Do not disagree with this. However, 14 months later, Smart Tuition sends me a bill for $240. Said that late fees accrued on the unpaid balance. Not sure how I was supposed to pay a late fee that I knew nothing about. Our school discountinued working with them due to the # of complaints.
