I too have just called today to cancell and got an indian speaking man that I could hardly understand. He tried giving me better deals to keep it but I said I just wanted to cancel and not be charged. I am within my 14day trial, he gave me a return authorization number and said I will not be charged if I return within 10 days. We are cancelling our debit card just to be safe. Wish I would have read all this first.
