WOW I thought I was the only one that was having problems with this company. I asked for this companies billing dept. telephone number, they told me that they do not have telephones in their billing dept.????? WHAT??? DO NOT I repeat DO NOT buy a thing from this company!

  • Me too ! And they got me for two shipments,nearly $200. Called to cancel once and was directed to a web site due to the "overwhelming demand for their products no reps were available".This is where the web site they gave me ended.Right here.
    Called yesterday and spoke to a very rude rep who advised of their no return policy even though the product is still plastic sealed.What company has a no return policy??Asked to speak to a supervisor.She indicated none were available. That's BS.Finally settled for cancelling my membership and was given a cancellation number and advised an e-mail with that number would be sent.Guess what. No e-mail.
    If anybody ordered this off a pop up or e-mail on the net and copied the page(which I should of done)I would love to see it.
