Guilty, too. Ordered on 6/15 and received on 6/22. Tried it and it certainly did not work so on 6/29 called to cancel and was told my credit card was charged $88. Asked to speak to a manager was told I would have to wait 15 minutes to speak to one. Given an email address to request a refund, still no reply. What a rip-off!!! Plan to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
