Read complaint
Sent to a friend I have just encountered a similar issue with this very company. After speaking with my bank and finding out (on the second call to the bank) that they have had numerous complaints and issues with this company, that my credit/debit card would have to be closed and re-issued to prevent them from having further access to my account.Further, upon issuing and speaking with another person. I am being told that there is nothing that can be done due to them having posted in their "Terms and Agreement" that they will post a holding to your account. My biggest issue with this is that the Terms state that $58.76 will be withheld, not 59.95 .. so there in fact is a fraudulent statement!!!
I feel like a complete idiot having not researched this further before contacting them. Lesson learned and I pray they get their just rewards of a swift kick in the ass with a hefty fine and such for causing so much drama for everyone that was as naive as myself.

- I too was manipulated by DAZZELWHITE and billed without my knowledge for $71.17cdn. I thought I was just getting a trial offer for $14.14 which was to pay for the postage of the free offer. Thanks for the tip in cancelling my Visa card I'll be on that first thing Monday morning with Visa just to make sure DAZZELWHITE feels like billing me some more for a product that is the size of a small lip gloss stick.
