Hi. Sorry to hear that you too got screwed by TaxMasters. Don't believe criminals citing law. They are full of s---. Period. They will tell you anything, to get you to delay dealing with the fraud, so that they can then use the delay against you. Criminals use bully tactics to get their way. If in fact you DID cancel your contract within 24 hours, you probably ARE entitled to a full and complete refund, especially if you have refused receipt of services or product.
The Merchant Bank Dispute process works. But, it has to be filed immediately for it to work. Any delays in using this dispute process will benefit the fat man at TaxMasters.
