I have also been ripped-off. I live in Australia and applied for the $18.75 SAMPLE. I received sample this was in July and today I have an entry in my visa card for $71.00 from Teethwhite - another branch I suppose of Dazzlewhite!!!
I am furious about this and reported it to the bank! Please alert as many people as possible regarding this SWINDLE.
