Sent to a friend[14322] efaucets.com - Sent defective product, would not give return authorization
They sent defective product. They don't answer their 1-800 number (and I mean I've sat on hold for 4 1/2 hours). They require pictures to prove your claim, and then won't answer their phone to provide a return authorization. I finally had to get my credit card company involved, to dispute the charges, to try to get my money back. Don't deal with this company!!Posted 1 year ago
